SUBJECT: Get Your Free MHS Management Signs Installed

Dear Board of Directors,

We are writing to offer the installation of our “Managed by myHomeSpot.com” yard signs and “After-Hour Emergency” wall signs at your property, free of charge. There is no obligation to install these signs, and we understand that some associations may have designated areas for displaying signs meeting notices.

We want to draw your attention to the benefits of our “Managed by myHomeSpot.com” yard sign, particularly in light of Florida’s requirement for conspicuous written meeting notices with agendas. Our yard sign features a QR code that allows members to access your meeting agenda online quickly. Additionally, it includes an “info box” for posting a physical notice, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Installing these signs, ideally at the entrance near monuments or in a center island median, can help your association save money by enabling a volunteer to post meeting notices, eliminating the need to pay a manager for each trip. Here is a photo of the yard sign panel:  https://myhomespot.egnyte.com/dl/jrFkkg3GwrtF

Our “After-Hours Emergency” wall sign displays our company name, phone number, and instructions for emergency contact. These signs are best installed in prominent locations such as entrance gates, clubhouses, pool houses, parking garages, recreational areas, or equipment rooms.  Here is a photo of the wall sign:  https://myhomespot.egnyte.com/dl/WckbPPpPtRYh

If you are interested in having any of these signs installed, please complete the request form at the link below:

The form will ask for the site contact person’s name, phone number, and email address, as well as a preferred day and time to meet our installer for proper placement of each sign. Once your request is submitted, our maintenance coordinator will schedule an appointment with our installer.

We look forward to enhancing your property with these beneficial signs.
